TOP achievers in A levels and BTECs at University Academy Keighley (UAK) are looking forward to their next stage of their education.
Students were praised for their hard work by staff on results day today.
Among the best performers were Aneesa Hussain, who attained A, B, and two starred distinctions in her four subjects. She will be going on to study ophthalmic dispensing in Bradford.
Akeeb Riasat, who gained an A in chemistry, a B in maths and a C in biology, will be reading chemical engineering at The University of Sheffield.
In BTEC business and ICT courses, Amin Ali, Rabool Islam Ali, Selina Hussain, Foyaz Malik and Zahid Nawaz all achieved three starred distinction awards and have accepted their first choice university offers.
The school also congratulated those students who excelled at AS Level, singling out Mohammed Adnaan and Zara Taj who both gained grade A in social sciences.
