A NEW walking group aims to explore the hidden gems of the Aire and Worth valleys in Keighley, Silsden and Bingley.
The Aire and Worth Valley Wanderers will head off on trecks of between three and five miles on Thursdays from 1.30pm.
The walks are for people who have reasonably good mobility, and some walks will include hill climbing and uneven surfaces. Dogs on leads are welcome.
The first walk will be on Thursday, October 19, starting by the canal road bridge on Bar Lane, Riddlesden, to walk three miles to East Morton and back.
There will be some roadside walking, as well as muddy footpaths and a canal towpath, with a slight accent and a short descent.
A four-mile circular walk on October 26 will include Park Wood and Hainworth, and future walks will take in Riddlesden, Cross Roads, Silsden, West Morton and Bingley.
