A DENHOLME man accused of murder will now next appear in court early next month.
James Sutcliffe, 28, of Hillcrest Road, has been charged with Tyron Charles’ murder and had been due to appear at Bradford Crown Court yesterday.
The hearing did not take place and has now been re-listed at the same court on November 6.
Last week, detectives leading the investigation into Mr Charles’ murder confirmed that results of a post-mortem examination revealed he had been shot dead.
His body was found by officers on moorland close to Nab Water Lane in Oxenhope on October 11.
Mr Charles, 29, of Unity Street South, Bingley, had last been seen in Denholme on the night of Wednesday, September 6.
Anyone with information relating to the investigation should contact police on 101, quoting 13170414379.
