COMEDIAN, actress and presenter Katherine Ryan performs at Leeds Town Hall on Thursday November 23.

She will set out to put a hilarious spin on many topics including life as a single mum and gender hypocrisy, in a laid-back, funny, and downright honest show.

Katherine has appeared on many British panel television shows such as Would I Lie to You?, Mock the Week and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and has appeared at Live at The Apollo both as a feature act and as a main act.

She has won a Nivea Funny Woman Award and was also a runner up in the Amused Moose Laugh-Off competition in 2008.

Katherine has been described as a breakout comedian of 2017, and earlier this year Netflix released Katherine Ryan: In Trouble which features one of Katherine’s stand-up performances from a recent UK tour.

Mark Thomas will present Showtime From The Frontline at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in Leeds from March 15-17.

Mark has created another “unique, thought-provoking, politically-minded masterpiece” recalling his time dodging cultural and literal bullets, Israeli incursions and religion, after setting up a comedy club in the Palestinian city of Jenin.
