A HOUSE building firm behind a new development in Keighley has solved a little problem for Santa, caused by newer homes having no chimneys!
Barratt Homes, responsible for the Vision housing estate off North Dean Avenue, is helping Santa deliver festive cheer in Keighley this Christmas by giving away "magic keys" to children whose houses don’t have a chimney.
All houses at Vision in Keighley are chimney-free, so children who live at the development and in the surrounding area can visit the development’s sales office throughout December to collect their special keys.
So Santa will still be able to deliver seasonal magic, despite not using his traditional entrance way this Christmas Eve.
Dan Hardcastle, sales manager at Vision, said: “We want to ensure that every child knows Santa can reach them this Christmas Eve, including the children who live in our new homes, which do not have chimneys.
"We are urging children to visit our sales office with their parents to pick up their special key before December 24 so everyone can have a magical Christmas."
