A CARE trust is staging a free stress-busting session.

The event – organised by Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust's MyWellbeing College – will cover issues such as recognising the signs and physical symptoms of stress and techniques for managing it, including relaxation exercises.

Naomi Holdsworth, team manager at the MyWellbeing College, said: "Stress can affect any of us at any point in our lives.

"Recognising the signs and attending a session can help people manage it more effectively.

"Those that have attended previous sessions have credited the course with getting them back on track and they've enrolled on further courses to boost their wellbeing."

The session is at Victoria Hall, Victoria Road, Saltaire, on Monday, January 15.

To book a place, contact the trust on ft@bdct.nhs.uk or 01274 363430.

The MyWellbeing College is open to anyone aged over 16 who is registered with a GP in Bradford, Wharfedale, Airedale or Craven.
