A CARE trust is inviting the public to attend its latest board meeting.
Among items for discussion will be an update on the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust strategy for developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
The strategy is an expansion of work already done to support Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) staff.
Sandra Knight, the trust's director of human resources and organisational development, said: "We aim to foster a diverse workforce that reflects the local population and delivers services which meet the community's needs.
"We know that when staff feel listened to and supported they are more able to do their work with confidence, and this enables us to better support our service users and their families."
The meeting is at New Mill, Victoria Road, Saltaire, from 1.30pm to 4pm next Thursday (Jan 25).
