A COUPLE accused of conspiring to pervert the course of justice have had their bail applications refused.
Kevin and Janet Sutcliffe, aged 60 and 61, of Hill Crest Road, Denholme, appeared at Bradford Crown Court for the hearing.
The charge relates to the police probe into the death of Bradford father Tyron Charles.
Their son James Sutcliffe, 28, also of Hill Crest Road, is alleged to have killed Mr Charles at some point between September 5 and 17 last year. He has pleaded not guilty to murder and has also been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
The trio have also been charged with possession of extreme pornography, with James Sutcliffe accused of an offence of voyeurism.
He will stand trial on July 2.
