Wild Pesto

Ingredients;

50g hazelnuts

60g wild garlic leaves

30g flat leaf parsley

150ml olive oil

1 garlic clove

Method

1. Pick the parsley leaves and wash thoroughly along with the wild garlic leaves, and dry.

2. Heat a small frying pan over a medium heat, add the hazelnuts and cook till golden brown, shaking the pan frequently.

3. Grate the parmesan and peel and roughly chop the garlic clove.

4. Add all the ingredients to a food processor along with a pinch of salt and pepper, and process until smooth.
