KEIGHLEY community projects could receive a cash boost.
Groups are being invited to apply for a share of £250,000 to fund building materials for schemes ranging from village hall roof replacements to revamps of sports club changing rooms.
Under the Jewson Building Better Communities initiative, one project will be awarded up to £50,000 and other recipients will get smaller amounts.
There will also be recognition for 'unsung heroes' within the trade.
Schemes will be shortlisted and then winners decided through a public vote.
Since the Building Better Communities venture was launched in 2015, more than 65 projects have won funding.
Supporters of the programme include celebrity architect George Clarke, who said: "The funds are making a huge difference to charities and community groups.
"We know there are groups doing great work on a daily basis, so it's an honour to be supporting them and I'm really looking forward to learning about this year's entries."

The deadline for entries is May 9.
