LEEDS City College – including the Keighley campus – has among the smallest gender pay gaps of educational institutions across the country.
Its figures show a gap of 3.7 per cent, compared to an average of 18 per cent in the sector nationally.
The college has 1,277 staff members, with women making up 63.3 per cent of the overall workforce.
Lydia Devenny, deputy chief executive, said: "Leeds City College prides itself on being an inclusive employer and we are confident that men and women are paid equally for doing the same job.
"We are working hard to address any imbalance in the workforce, through inclusive and diverse recruitment strategies."
According to the Office for National Statistics, the overall average gender pay gap nationally is 17.4 per cent and in Yorkshire and Humber 14.4 per cent.
