SWERVEDRIVER are playing 25th-anniversary shows for their renowned second album Mezcal Head and will also be performing their debut album Raise in full.

The two sets, punctuated by a psychedelic interlude, will be played on May 14 at the Hebden Bridge Trades Club.

The band comprises Adam Franklin, Jimmy Hartridge, Mikey Jones, along with Ben Ellis from Iggy Pop’s band standing in for the on-sabbatical Mick Quinn.

Swervedriver’s sixth album, Remembering Forward, is set to be released later in 2018.

The group, long recognised for their unique sound and attitude, has been a fixture on the indie-rock guitar scene for many years. Visit thetradesclub.com/buy-tickets to book tickets.
