A CHARITY is offering two flats close to Keighley town centre for an "affordable" rent to people aged 60 or over.
Keighley Flower Fund Homes has one-bedroom, unfurnished flats in Albert Street.
One is a ground-floor apartment, the other first-floor.
Applicants must be 60 or over, of limited means and able to live independently.
Applications should be submitted in writing to the secretary, Keighley Flower Fund Homes, Edge Hill, 2 Sykes Lane, Oakworth, Keighley BD22 7JT.
State which flat you are interested in and include a contact phone number.
No pets are allowed.
Keighley Flower Fund Homes was established in 1968, to provide accommodation for elderly people able to live independently.
It is run by a voluntary committee and funded entirely through rental income and donations.
"Rents are deliberately kept at below market levels to retain affordability," said a spokesman.
