GLASS Mountain will host their annual Lazy Sunday Afternoon on August 19 at Leeds Wharf Chambers.
The show, which runs from 2pm to 10.30pm, will also feature The Howl & The Hum, Dream English Kid, Lelo, Radidas and Talkboy.
Glass Mountain, Bradford’s cinematic alt-rock quartet, promise beautiful vibes, a killer line-up and the hope of glorious sun.
This year’s “exciting and eclectic” line-up will be accompanied by vast quantities of home-made curry and a break in the middle of the programme for people to relax.
The Howl & The Hum are a “miserable disco from York who write Bond themes for films where Jimmy is still hung up on that girl while “They combine dark hypnotic pop with post-punk influences, pierced with lyrics that would make you call your mum the next morning.”Dream English Kid are an ethereal dream pop four-piece from Preston who have built a claim through stirring live performances in and around Manchester.
An amalgam of electro, dance and loops, Radidas are a duo from Brighton and Kent who specialise in psychedelic sound.
Glass Mountain claim to make sky-high and life-affirming guitar music that empowers and devastates in equal measure with a heart-wrenching balance of aggression and delicacy.
