Two more opportunities to explore the countryside around Craven and Wharfedale
“UP the Wharfe” on July 18 is a 7.5-mile circular walk with a linear option, taking in the tranquil Wharfedale countryside.
Meet Howard Lloyd at 11am at the Old Stone Bridge over the River Wharfe at the bottom of Stockeld Road, Ilkley. The linear route option involves returning by bus from Addingham.
“Rambling Round Rylstone”, on July 25, is a five-mile circular walk using old tracks. Meet Anne Hodgson at 10.30am at Rylstone duck pond just off the B6265.
