A KEIGHLEY-based franchisee has been recognised as one of the “Top 27 Women of Influence” in a national trade magazine.
Coversure Insurance director Reana Bashir picked up the accolade in Insurance Business magazine.
Reana has worked in the insurance industry since she was just 17.
She became a Coversure franchisee and set up her first office in Keighley just 12 weeks after giving birth.
After only two years of trading she managed to expand her operation to three branches, adding the Bingley and Rotherham officers to her portfolio.
She won Coversure’s New Broker of the Year award in 2015 and was nominated for two additional awards in 2017.
Her selection for the Women of Influence listing means she has been placed alongside leading industry professionals such as the CEOs of both Zurich UK and Lloyd’s of London.
