THREE apprentices with housebuilder Barratt Developments Yorkshire West have graduated.

They have all completed the apprenticeship programme with NVQ Level 3 qualifications in carpentry and joinery.

The trio – Ben Eichenberger, Daniel Stillings and Lee Summerfield – is among 39 apprentices taken on by the company in the past decade.

All three are now in permanent posts with the firm, whose developments include Vision at Braithwaite and the David Wilson Homes-branded Hewenden Ridge in Cullingworth.

Barratt's construction director, Darren Johnson, said: "We are so proud of the three apprentices.

"They have each learned valuable skills that will carry them through the rest of their careers.

"They have seen first-hand what is required of a Barratt team member, and we look forward to watching them continue to build their careers with us."
