HARVEST celebrations will begin at a Cowling church this weekend.
Members of Holy Trinity Choir will perform at the harvest festival in Holy Trinity Church, Gill Lane, on Sunday. (Sept 23) The event begins at 10.45am.
Donations of non-perishable produce will be welcome, and these will be given to Home Start-Craven, a local group supporting families and children.
Reverend Helen Collings, vicar of Sutton with Cowling & Lothersdale, said: “After a difficult year for our local farmers, we are looking forward to celebrating a harvest safely gathered.
"Our ‘world class’ choir really enhance our worship, and all are welcome to come along to hear them.”
