MORE than a dozen trophies were handed out to winners in the Haworth & District Gardeners' Show.
The event, at Haworth Village Hall, featured 105 classes and more than 60 exhibitors.
Winners were: Silver Challenge Cup for most points in vegetable section, Brian King; best vegetables exhibit, Mark Brown; National Vegetable Silver Medal, Chairman's Trophy for best exhibit in classes 1 & 2, Rose Bowl Trophy for best exhibit in flower section and Committee Trophy for best exhibit in pot plants, John Smiles; Silver Challenge Cup for most points in flowers, Stuart Shackleton; National Dahlia Society Silver and Bronze Medal, Neil Walters; Handicraft Trophy for most points in handicraft section, Barbara Parsons; Jencraft Trophy for best handicrafts exhibit, Kim Guizzetti; Baking Trophy for most points in produce section, Marjorie Hardaker; Baking Bowl for best produce exhibit, Beth Nixon, and Leonard Nicholas Cup for best exhibit in children's section, James Swinson.
