KEIGHLEY Salvation Army has welcomed three new members of staff.

John Myers has joined the High Street centre as community assistant, Georgina Whittingham as family and children’s worker and Stefanie Baldwin as administrator.

The Keighley corps' community manager, Penny Southgate, says: "It is an exciting time for the Salvation Army.

"The new team brings some great skills which we will be putting to good use to take the Salvation Army forward in many different ways, as we explore how we can best serve – and create better links with – the local community.

"If anyone has ideas, please drop us an email as we'd love to hear from you – and like our Facebook page so that we can keep you informed of activities and events coming up.

"People are also welcome to call and see us whenever the centre is open."
