A WELL-known performer on the Keighley stage is giving a talk about her career.
Actress, singer and dancer Barbara Boothroyd will speak on Treading the Boards at the next Lees Methodist Church Meeting Point session.
She first appeared on stage aged four in the grounds of Cliffe Castle, and made her debut with Keighley Amateurs as an 11-year-old.
Barbara went on to star in principal roles, including in West Side Story when she was 17, and over the years has appeared in many pantomimes and dramas as well as helping out 'front of house'.
The meeting takes place at the church, opposite Lees Primary School, on Wednesday, April 12.
Tea and biscuits are served from 1.45pm, and the meeting starts at 2pm.
