A KEIGHLEY housing group has a new director of communities.
Patrick Collins has been appointed to the role at Incommunities, a group he joined as head of neighbourhood management in 2020.
He has over three decades' experience in the homes sector, and before joining Incommunities had worked for Places for People for ten years in various operational roles managing housing teams across the north-west of England.
Mr Collins has also served as a board director with two housing associations.
And he teaches housing policy and practice up to degree level.
He says: "I've worked in housing for many years and have loved every day of it, but none more so than during the last three or so working for Incommunities.
"I am serving alongside an innovative senior management team which allows you to implement change and works with you to bring in best practice in all areas.
"The aim is to take the housing service back out onsite to our customers so they can really influence how we do things."
