PUPILS from Kildwick Primary School have visited the nation's corridors of power.
Nearly 30 youngsters were given a tour of Parliament and took part in an interactive workshop, followed by a question-and-answer session, with Skipton and Ripon MP Julian Smith.
He was questioned on topics ranging from his favourite subject for debate, to whether he'd met the Prime Minister.
Mr Smith also spoke to the pupils about their future aspirations, and thanked the school for taking part in his 2023 Christmas card competition. The overall winner, Georgia Harling, was from Kildwick.
"It was great to spend time with everyone and answer their questions," said Mr Smith.
"I hope they all enjoyed their visit."
He encourages other schools to consider visiting. For more details, visit learning.parliament.uk/en/uk-parliament-education-centre
