GUT instinct could lead people to a Keighley store.
Holland & Barrett, whose town outlet is in the Airedale Shopping Centre, is offering customers free appointments with qualified nutritionists to discuss their gut health.
The 45-minute, personalised sessions are part of a campaign being staged by the health food shop chain, in conjunction with gut microbiome expert Dr Megan Rossi.
She says: "Looking after your gut can have a positive impact on other areas of health and wellbeing.
"It isn't only around digestive symptoms, it's the ability of your gut to support just about every functioning and organ in your body.
"New year is a great time to be thinking more about your health."
The initiative ends on February 6.
