CLARE Brooks – from the Carers' Resource charity – will be guest speaker at the next session of Lees Methodist Church Meeting Point.
The meeting takes place at the church – opposite Lees Primary School, and situated back from the road – on Wednesday, February 21.
Tea and biscuits will be served from 1.45pm, and the meeting starts at 2pm.
Maurice Baren, for the church, says: "Clare will be telling us about the various resources available for the elderly and sick, or those who care for people in such situations, and who may need guidance through the maze of benefits that exist.
"It's a good opportunity to obtain valuable information you may otherwise find it hard to come across.
"Everyone will be made very welcome."
