PLANNING permission has been given for the conversion of a former NHS premises in Keighley into a house.
The one-time Ingrow Centre, in South Street, has been disused for several years.
Now Bradford Council has given the go-ahead for the building to be transformed into a residential dwelling with a roof terrace to the rear and side, and new windows and doors.
Saj Hussain, for architects ECO Architecture, says: "The building has been neglected over many years.
"It will now undergo a complete refurbishment inside and external changes to enhance the character of the building.
"It was a particularly nice project to work on after working for many years on schemes across the UK.
"We're now concentrating on projects in Keighley to improve the community."
