A KEIGHLEY-based sight loss charity has received a boost.
Sight airedale has been presented with a £416 donation by the Dickie Bird pub, at Long Lee.
The money was raised through a raffle held during the festive period.
A spokesperson for sight airedale says: "We would like to thank the proprietors and customers of the Dickie Bird pub for their generous donation."
The charity supports blind and partially sighted people across an area from Bingley to Barnoldswick, Settle and Ilkley.
It runs a sight centre in Scott Street, behind Keighley Library, and offers a range of help and services.
A daily living shop houses over 150 aids and products designed to make living with sight loss easier.
