THOUSANDS of pounds were raised for Sue Ryder at the charity's 17th Mascot Gold Cup.
Around 80 mascots took part in the event, at Wetherby racecourse.
A parade was held and first home in the race itself was Stormy Stan, from the RNLI.
A trophy in recognition of the most funds raised for Sue Ryder went to the Modality Partnership, which coined-in £2,500.
Andrew Wood, community fundraising manager at Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands, says: "A huge 'thank you' goes to all the organisations that signed up to run and raise funds.
"It was so much fun, and everyone looked brilliant in their outfits. It brightened up a dull day weather-wise. Thanks also go to our volunteers and to Wetherby racecourse for hosting us."
The event was the last to be sponsored by Poundland. Anyone interested in becoming the new headline sponsor is asked to contact Mr Wood on Andrew.Wood@sueryder.org
