This is the face of a man believed to have subjected a 14-year-old girl to a terrifying assault last month. Keighley police have released this e-fit image of the man they would like to trace in connection with the attack, in Whin Knoll Avenue, on August 6. He is said to have attempted to drag a 14-year-old girl into a car at 6.30pm that day.
Det Insp Peter Craig, of Airedale and North Bradford CID, said the schoolgirl was walking down the road when a small, black vehicle pulled up alongside her.
The driver called out to her, asking for her phone number, then reached out and hauled her into the vehicle. He then tried to sexually assault her.
Following a struggle the girl was able to break free, escape from the car and run off.
She later described her assailant to police as white, aged about 30 and of slim build. He had blond hair with a tuft at the front, a prominent Adam's apple and wore a black polo shirt with three white buttons.
Det Insp Craig appealed to the public for help in finding the man.
