Volunteers have transformed a disused piece of land into a garden for residents in Silsden.
The Dradishaw Road Garden Project has been completed after several months’ work and to show off the new-look piece of land, an open day is being held at the site on Sunday between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
There will be light refreshments, games of rounders and competitions.
Project co-ordinator Louise Allen said: “Volunteers, residents and children from Hothfield Junior School have worked really hard on the piece of land, so it would be great if people can come and have a look at the wonderful changes that have taken place.”
