Hamm-burgers were on the menu at the annual barbecue at the Woodville Activity Centre.
The food was prepared and served by cyclists who went on a charity ride to the German town of Hamm.
The event at the Keighley horticultural training centre made a profit of £2,000.
The money will be shared equally between the centre — which supports people with learning disabilities — and Haworth Riding for Disabled.
Barry Thorne, spokesman for the Friends of Woodville, said good weather helped the event raise more than last year.
He said: “It was baking hot. I think we sold a lot more cold drinks than usual.”
The barbecue was run by Hamm cyclists Richard Tearle and Jan Gilbert.
They were among volunteers whose sponsored ride raised money for Bradford Disability Sports and Leisure and its new Disability Cycling Club.
Saturday’s barbecue was opened by Kris Hopkins, the leader of Bradford Council.
Jeff Bennett, the council’s Keighley area co-ordinator, performed the music and songs through the afternoon.
An inscribed glass tankard was presented to Martin Bilj, a long-time supporter of Woodville, who is moving to Australia.
