Some Keighley and District bus fares will rise from this Sunday.
The increase, of just over 1 per cent, will affect certain journeys in the Craven area.
Fares affected include a single from Airedale Hospital to Skipton, which will rise by 10p to £2.80.
The fares within West Yorkshire will remain unchanged.
The company's marketing director, Nigel Eggleton, said: “No one likes to pay more but a number of our costs have risen significantly. One of the biggest factors is insurance where, in common with private motorists and home owners, we’ve seen a significant increase in premiums.
“Another major factor is the reduced level of reimbursement we now receive for senior citizen concessionary travel from the North Yorkshire Partnership.”
