Armed robbers have escaped with about £1,100 in cash from Haworth Spar store.
The two men, wearing balaclavas and brandishing a hammer and crowbar, forced staff to open the safe and hand over the money.
They then fled in a red Ford Escort.
The staff members on duty at the Mill Hey store were badly shaken but uninjured.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened at about 9.50pm yesterday, or anyone with information to come forward.
Both suspects are described as being of stocky build and were wearing dark coloured jackets, dark trousers and balaclavas. One had a white top with a pattern or motif on the front underneath his jacket and was carrying a bag over his shoulder.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Keighley CID on 01535 618085 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
