A Keighley scheme which helps and rewards young people has received £2,000.
The Co-operative Members Community Fund has presented members of Keighley Personal Award for Excellence (PAWE) with a cheque to help towards their outdoor pursuits residential programme.
PAWE is an annual event which rewards young people for their efforts and positive contributions within their communities.
In August they will spend five days at Ambleside youth hostel, in the Lake District, where they will enjoy canoeing, abseiling, climbing, knee boarding and banana boating.
A spokesman for PAWE said: “Young people gain many skills during the week and also achieve an Asdan qualification in the process.
“Every year participants then join the junior leaders committee who help fundraise for future residentials and are encouraged to come back as junior leaders and then full volunteers.
PAWE is a registered charity run by volunteers.
