THE BRONTË bad boy’s Calderdale shenanigans come under the microscope at a talk on Wednesday, March 15.
Branwell Brontë and his Halifax Friends is the title of a 2pm lecture at the Square Chapel Centre for the Arts.
David Glover will reveal how, although his sisters found worldwide fame for their novels, Branwell had poems published in Halifax long before they went into print.
Visit squarechapel.co.uk or call 01422 349422 to book tickets, which cost £6.
