TWO solicitors with Keighley social housing group Incommunities are raising funds to carry out charity work overseas.

And the duo, which needs to coin-in £6,000, is appealing to the business community for help.

Rosemary Keczkes and Milena Falciano are among a team of volunteers heading to Nepal next month, with the charity Homeless International, to help rebuild houses.

"Everyone has been really supportive and now we want to make that final push to reach and hopefully exceed our fundraising target," they said.

The colleagues have carried out a series of events to raise cash, including a car boot sale, sponsored walk along the route of Hadrian’s Wall, a cycling challenge, a clothes bank collection and sales of cards, cakes and honey.
