EASTBURN woman Rachael Moore has joined the growing rural services department of chartered surveyors Windle Beech Winthrop.

The 28-year-old will be involved in all rural agency professional dealings, including valuations, landlord and tenant issues and land compensation claims.

Rachael, a former pupil of Oakbank School in Keighley, graduated in rural enterprise and land management from Harper Adams University College, Shropshire.

She qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2010.

Adam Winthrop – director of Windle Beech Winthrop, based at Skipton Auction Mart – said: "Rachael has already proven herself to be a valuable addition to the team and we hope she has a long and successful career ahead of her with us."

Rachael's parents, Andrew and Linda Moore, farm at Stanbury and her partner is a dairy farmer.

She is a probationer member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, secretary of the Craven Grassland Society and a member the British Texel Sheep Society.
