MANORLANDS has received a cracker of a donation from Keighley Market Hall.

Staff and traders have handed over £850, proceeds of festive fundraising at the Low Street site.

A tombola was held in the centre of the market hall, with prizes donated by tenants.

And Christmas costumes were worn to add to the fun.

Market superintendent John Glover said he was delighted with the amount raised and thanked colleagues, traders and customers for their support.

He and trader Scott Broadbent presented a cheque to Manorlands fundraiser Andrew Wood, who said: "The team at the market is always so generous to us and we really do appreciate the hard work it put in to bring in this large amount."
