A FLEDGLING Cononley firm selling ladders and accessories has received a foot up from former Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis.
The multi-millionaire businessman, who became a household name on the hit BBC show, chose to support The Ladder Barn through his Small Business Sunday initiative.
Businesses are invited to tweet him with their profiles each week and he selects just six to retweet to his 460,000 followers. Their details are also included on theopaphitissbs.com.
The Ladder Barn owner, Paul Johnson, and his wife, Joanna, met Mr Paphitis during an annual event in Birmingham for Small Business Sunday winners.
“The Ladder Barn was only set-up in December so getting this accolade so soon has been a real boost,” said Mr Johnson. “It is great to have support.”
