ASHLEIGH Neville has been appointed lettings manager at Dacre, Son & Hartley's Keighley office.
She will be responsible for existing landlord clients as well as expanding the branch's rental portfolio.
"This is a great career move because it gives me the chance to work for a well-established estate agency firm in an area I know very well," said Ashleigh, who lives at Sutton.
"It's also an exciting opportunity because the local rental market is very buoyant, with strong tenant demand continuing to attract investors to the area."
Ashleigh has previously worked at letting agencies in Bradford and Wakefield.
John Shaw, head of lettings at DS&H, said: "Our Keighley office has a very strong lettings division which has grown rapidly in recent years.
"Ashleigh brings a wealth of experience to her new position, as well as strong local knowledge."
