KEIGHLEY social housing group Incommunities has linked up with a fellow landlord.

It has partnered with Sadeh Lok after receiving the go-ahead from the Homes and Communities Agency.

Geraldine Howley, Incommunities group chief executive, said the move would enable the organisations to provide "even better-value quality services".

"This partnership represents an excellent fit which will bring significant benefits for both organisations," she added.

"Incommunities has a great range of services and expertise that it can bring to this new partnership with our colleagues from Sadeh Lok.

"It also gives us the opportunity to grow our business, broaden our customer base and deliver enhanced value for money in key operating services such as gas servicing and maintenance."

Penny Gilyard, acting chief executive of Sadeh Lok, said: "Our two organisations share similar values and a strong commitment to improving the lives of our customers through the services we provide.

"Forming this partnership with Incommunities creates exciting opportunities and will bring mutual benefits."
