A KEIGHLEY woman is inviting people to live their own mystery thriller in a new adventure game.

Sam Hussain, 29, set up a business which allows people to take part in a life-escape game entitled Tick Tock Unlock.

She has already launched the game in Leeds and Liverpool, gathering reviews on the website supervisor, and is now expanding to Glasgow.

Tick Tock Unlock involves teams hunting for clues and pitting their wits against varied fun puzzles.

Keighley-born Sam said: “Everyone can bring something to your team - family, friends or colleagues, young and old.”

Sam said her background was in sports development and science, but last year she plucked up the courage to start her own business.

She set up Tick Tock Unlock with help from Bradford’s business support service Kickstart, and went on to win an achievement award.

The business has celebrated its first birthday by moving into improved premises close to Leeds railway station.

Sam said the game culminated in a frenzied race against time as players tried to unlock accommodation on a final door to reach safety.

She said: “Fingers fumbling at the lock, your remaining seconds slip all too quickly away. The friends you entered with an hour ago each excitedly whisper different combinations. Only you know the truth.

“You tug, and the final lock comes away in your grateful hands. Wrenching open the door, you burst through to the other side with only a second to spare.”
