A HOME care company run by a pair of directors from Keighley is celebrating winning two separate awards.
Following a successful assessment Care Dynamics was awarded Investors in People accreditation on November 20.
The directors of Care Dynamics are Cheryl Dibbin and Donna Gott, who both live in Riddlesden.
A spokesman for the business said: "Although we are rapidly expanding, the assessor praised our continued commitment to both service quality, our staff development ethos and our philosophy that each and every person in our team is offered the best employment opportunities possible.
"Also on November 20, at the Royal Armouries awards ceremony, we won the Care Employer of the Year award at the Great British Care Awards Yorkshire and Humberside finals. We will now progress to the national finals.
"This is a fantastic endorsement of our work by our peers. The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout England and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector.
"The purpose of the awards is to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
"It was a fantastic day, and further acknowledgement of the dedication and quality of our entire team."
