A NEW brewery off Keighley's Dalton Lane has staged an open day.
Wishbone Brewery, in Chesham Street, opened its doors to the public earlier this month. (Dec)
The firm was set up by Adrian And Emma Chapman, of Eastburn.
Mr Chapman said: "We served around 650 pints, so if everyone tried three half pints each that would be about 220 people that came to check out our brewery.
"We had some amazing positive feedback from folks drinking our beer. People liked the rustic look and felt the place had a good atmosphere. It was nice to see a few local landlords and pub staff trying our beers too.
"Next year we'll set up regular brewery events so people can continue to come and try our beers at source."
The husband and wife team announced their venture late last year. They explained they intended to produce beers born from their passion for flavour and attention to detail.
They said they wanted to help drinkers expand their horizons through products featuring hops from around the world and speciality malts from across Europe.
