KEIGHLEY law firm AWB Charlesworth has merged with a Bingley company.
It has joined forces with Worger Howcroft Solicitors, creating a ten-partner firm with 60 staff.
Its offices are at Keighley, Skipton, Bingley and Bradford.
Umberto Vietri, a partner at AWB Charlesworth, said: "Worger Howcroft Solicitors already have an excellent and well-established reputation in Bingley and this merger will enable a full range of specialist legal services to be offered to the existing private and business clients of the Bingley office.
"The bringing together of our practices will also strengthen our growing base of clients and contacts throughout the Aire Valley."
Worger Howcroft director Andrew Worger said: "The main objective of bringing the two firms together is growth and the greater opportunity to extend the legal services we are able to offer clients.
"The combined teams of the newly-merged practice will be able to provide a depth of experience and expertise."
