STRONG revenue and profits growth marked another record year for an expanding national motors group with a dealership in Keighley.
Vertu Motors, with 127 outlets, increased sales by 16.8 per cent and pre-tax profits by 23.8 per cent in the 12 months to February 29.
The Newcastle-based group, which includes the Bristol Street Motors outlet in Keighley, boosted revenues to £2.42 million from the previous £2.07 million.
Pre-tax profits rose from £21 million to £26 million.
Robert Forrester, chief executive, said: “We have delivered significant revenue growth, which together with tight control of costs, has resulted in record profitability.
“We have added further strength to the operational management team to support future growth.”
