HOUSEBUILDER Barratt – which has the Vision development at Braithwaite – has announced four new appointments.
Patrick Devine joins Barratt Developments Yorkshire West as senior quantity surveyor.
The 46-year-old has over two decades' experience in quantity surveying, housing and civil engineering.
He will be responsible for overseeing commercial aspects of Barratt sites.
Other recruits are Robert Carter, 30, as a technical co-ordinator; Matthew Eccles, 26, trainee assistant site manager, and Randeep Rehal, 20, who has joined the financial team on a year-long undergraduate placement.
Managing director Ian Ruthven said: "We are very pleased to be welcoming our four new team members to their respective departments.
"We're dedicated to the future of our industry and are keen to ensure we bring in the brightest and most talented people."
