A COMPANY headed-up by a Riddlesden team has achieved a string of successes.

Care Dynamics (Yorkshire) Ltd has received five accolades this year.

The haul adds to a plethora of awards picked-up by the healthcare provider since it was established five years ago.

Latest honours include several prizes in the Yorkshire and Humberside Great British Care Awards.

It won the dignity-in-care category and was a finalist in the care employer and home care co-ordinator sections.

The firm has now been a finalist in the coveted awards every year since it was founded.

It has also picked-up an Outstanding Quality of Care award from GHP magazine and a Scoot Headline Award.

The company, which has a workforce of about 120, provides care and support to people across the Bradford district.

Both its founders and directors, Cheryl Dibbin and Donna Gott, live in Riddlesden.

Business manager Nick James, who is also from the village, said: "We are delighted to have been recognised with five further accolades this year.

"In addition to all our past achievements, these awards are further proof that we offer excellent employment opportunities and a high-quality caring service."

He said the Bradford-based, Care Quality Commission-registered agency catered for a wide age range and people with varied needs.

Mr James added that its staff were central to the success of the operation.

It was recently awarded Investors in People (IIP) accreditation.

"We have an ever-increasing diverse team of care professionals with one shared goal – the sincere belief that what we do really does change people's lives," said Mr James.

"We wholeheartedly understand that our staff team is our most valuable asset and that each of them are ambassadors for the organisation, delivering exceptional frontline care and support.

"Whilst we continue to expand both in size and geographical cover, we are fully aware that the secret to our ongoing success is to remember our past experiences as employees and ensure that we always treat our entire team as we would expect to be treated ourselves.

"IIP was invited to scrutinise our entire operation, both logistically and in terms of our relationship with the team.

"In doing so the inspectors spoke with a random selection of our staff, asking them if they believed we were a good employer, offered a high-quality service and most importantly if they enjoyed their work.

"I am delighted we achieved the accreditation."
