A SMALL-scale micro brewery has been installed at Timothy Taylor in Keighley.
The facility will enable special-edition beers and new permanent variants of ales to be produced on a smaller scale, until demand justifies a move to the main Knowle Spring plant.
First tipple to appear is Fezziwig's Porter, which will be available from most Timothy Taylor pubs this month and throughout December.
It is described as a rich, dark 4.8 per cent ale with hints of coffee, chocolate and liquorice.
"Five brewers worked hard experimenting with different styles of beer, malts and hop varieties and have pulled off a blinder with their first beer from the new small-scale kit," said a brewery spokesman.
"Feedback has been extremely positive from the pubs which have started selling it and predictions are that it will be a winner."
