HOUSEBUILDER Barratt – which has schemes in Keighley and Cullingworth – has launched its latest apprenticeship programme.
The company, which includes the David Wilson Homes brand, is taking on six new recruits as part of its Future Talent initiative.
Its search was launched to coincide with the tenth annual National Apprenticeship Week.
Over the past decade, Barratt has hired more than 30 apprentices covering a range of skills, from bricklaying and joinery to buying.
Ian Ruthven, managing director of Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, said: “We’re extremely proud of our apprenticeship scheme and the talented team members that have passed through it and stayed with the company over the years.”
